To request routine maintenance, repair work or cleaning, please Submit a Work Request.
Examples of routine requests:- Torn window screen
- Clogged drain
- Spill
- Cable TV outage
- Burned-out light fixture
If you have multiple requests, please enter them as separate items.
Select Building Services for lights, cleaning, moving items, and furniture arrangement.
Select Maintenance for all other repair requests.
Select Warehouse for staff use only.
When you submit a request, we will email you with a status update. You may also see the status of your request using the search box on the left. Enter the request number from your confirmation email to see the status (approved, rejected or pending).
We will email you when your request is approved and assigned a work order number. Please include the entire prefix when searching by work order number (BS- or MN-).
